Kudos to the girls who work at the Bedford, Indiana AT&T store!!! If you're looking for a friendly knowledgeable location to help you with your next phone, you won't go wrong there! Faith and Lindsay will both make sure you leave a happy customer. These girls are tops and a credit to the company they work for. ?

We were the only people in the store and the worker had absolutely zero desire to help us. He was completely arrogant and seem so bothered by us even coming in. Left with zero answers

I would never recommend this store and they are not a corporate site, so they are not held to task. Firstnet is the plan that was used to gain me as a customer. I wish a thousand times over I had never switched. It took me two years to get away!

Horrible customer service with this establishment!!! while waiting in line, watching the 3 ladies ( two blonde one brunette) running this store for at least 10 minutes ( not a problem) help the customers before myself with superior service. My issues start with the brunette assisting a random costumer 2 seconds after coming in the store, after helping two men I'm standing directly behind... my next issue was the service I got from the same brunette!!! Now I jus witnessed this lady help 2 sets of ppl with great service, eye contact, laughing. It's finally my time for assistance and couldn't get a straight sentence, no eye contact, not even a fake smile, I mean maybe if I was the same color as the whole entire store my service would have been SUPERIOR AS WELL!!! Do better AT&T BEDFORD, IN

Absolutely amazing service! Couldn't be more happy! I had issue with a phone that fell in a toilet (!!!!!) and the replacement phone wouldn't work and they helped me get things cleared up and also helped me put in an insurance claim for the phone that was damaged . Very quick and easy and wonderful customer service! I will go to Bedford AT&T store for all my cell phone needs from now on!

I am so happy with the service my husband and I received we both got two new phones and hailey I believe was her name stayed after close for an hour just to make sure all of our stuff transferred. Way to go att thank you for your patience and kindness!
