I come to AutoZone to get my things there's no other parts store in Bedford like them. Ross especially he goes beyond to help you and satisfy his customers . I had someone working on my van and he sent us back 4 times telling us it was the wrong part . Ross went way and beyond to take care of the matter and showed us it sure was the right part from the beginning. Thank you Ross for going way and beyond to help your customers very appreciated

Bob doesn't know how to scroll on a drop down menu and I don't think someone with that skill level should be operating a phone and computer for sales. I've been working on my own car for years and he wants to tell me that "ladies get confused with cars sometimes so maybe have your boyfriend or dad check what year your car is!" I can see on the screen he's not even scrolling to look up my cars model and just trying to pretend it doesn't exist when I've bought car parts here before for this magically non existent vehicle. Hire someone who wants to sell parts, he's not it.
