Big Red Liquors has a big selection and is very well stocked, with some items not found in grocery stores. The store is clean and easy to walk around, featuring a well-stocked beer cave. Staff are generally really nice, helpful, and well-versed in the products. However, some find items more expensive here and note that the beer selection, while large, can lack specific types. This location does not offer delivery and its wine chiller is not operating. They do not get many allocated whiskeys but accept special orders and recommend checking on Mondays for new stock. Management is noted for effectively resolving problems.
When I tell you the customer service is top notch. Daniel, Virgil and Val are beyond friendly. I have a certain kind of whiskey that they dont get on a regular basis. Dan asked for my # and always saves some back for me. They are all amazing!

The other reviews I saw mentioned great selection, great prices, and great service. All true! I was particularly looking for IN brews, and found a nice collection there.
