Citgo charged my debit card $100.00 holding fee. They will not cancel holding fee after they got paid. It has been four days. I can't use my checking account until I get my money back. If you need gas at Citgo, don't use a debit card use cash instead.

Did the car wash. Was good car wash looked so nice. We usually go to Crew but this is a lot closer. Try it out! The owner was there and so friendly.
