Natalie the new store manager on east 50 is the rudest manager I have ever met. If this is who we have running our dollar general stores I will not be returning. Worst experience I have ever had. If we can’t get someone in there to run it properly and have a good attitude towards customers then she SHOULD NOT BE THE MANAGER THERE!!!

I run a route for a delivery company in this area so I stop here often for snacks and drinks or to go to the bathroom. Their shelves are always full and organized, associates are very kind and helpful (especially the tall thin man w the beard) and their bathrooms (men and women's) are always spotless. Great store!

TERRIBLE management. Manager is rude and unfriendly, I have never been treated more awful in my life... and on multiple occurrences. Miserable sorry bitter girl. If I could rate ZERO stars I would. She has got to go.

I came into the store on my mobility scooterThis morning about 11:30. Could not push a cart I found a box of six solar lights that I wanted to buyA I took them up to the counter and asked if I could start a stack and continue shopping the Clerk rolled her eyes gave me a dirty look and begrudgingly said yes. Due to her demeanor I said thank and returned lights to shelf. I turned around she was gone I said have a Nice day and she said "WHAT "??? I was only one in the store. I was planning on getting other things that would have been above $100.00. Instead I left and will not return to this store. Thought Management should know.

The employees are always very helpful and courteous. The two star rating is because the shelves are always bare. 8am on the first day of a sale and they are always out or don't even carry. Also most items in clearance area are unmarked. Another store near the nearest town of Heltonville approximately 5 miles away would help with the high volume.
