“Other people say prices are high but tell me somewhere that has not raised their prices in the last three years. The place has friendly staff and lots of items. Big lots and Dollar General was supposed to be discount stores but some of their prices are more than other retail stores. I like this store”
“This is the cleanest most organized store in lawrence county. Cheryl is always very kind & helpful. If something isn't in stock she is quick to let you know when it will be or get it ordered. This is the only DG we like to shop.”

“Friendly staff and an array of great products. The grocery selection is wide, including frozen and even some fresh produce and the prices are comparable with the supermarkets. A much more relaxed shopping atmosphere too. And with a dedicated dollar aisle, you can actually get better bargains here than at Dollar Tree where nothing is a dollar anymore. A good place to shop if you're on a tight budget and looking for some awesome buys!”
“I’ve shopped at several Dollar General stores, but this location truly stands out. The customer service here is top-notch. Tevin, the cashier, is an absolute asset to the company. I was unsure about where to find certain items and how to use the self-checkout, and he stepped in to help with patience, courtesy, and professionalism.
Even with a line of six customers, Tevin assisted me without hesitation and still managed to check everyone out quickly and efficiently. The store itself is clean, well-stocked, and offers a great selection of seasonal items.
Highly recommend this location—especially if Tevin is working!”

“I went to the store across from Speedway. They were amazing. The store was clean, employees courteous and efficient. Markdowns were priced so there was no question. Above all, store was clean and organized!!!”
“This one of the few Dollar Generals that has fresh produce! I do stop here a lot to get a quick drink or snack. The only complaint I have is you are usually waiting in line because they only have one person at the register.”
“I run a route for a delivery company in this area so I stop here often for snacks and drinks or to go to the bathroom. Their shelves are always full and organized, associates are very kind and helpful (especially the tall thin man w the beard) and their bathrooms (men and women's) are always spotless. Great store!”

“The store was well stocked and the employees were friendly and very helpful. The only criticism I have, was that they didn't have any kitchen funnels. However, as I said, the employee or it's really hard to try to find us something. All in all it was a good visit.”
