I, myself am not a Ferrellgas customer but have had to help my 84 year-old mother-in-law get gas delivery. There should be an live-person option for those who can't navigate the automated systems.We are looking at more local companies with live contact options.

My last delivery was put 2 weeks out. The driver stated on my ticket once delivery arrived, I wasn't home! My car was in drive I was napping woke up 15 minutes from time dated on ticket. Had to find someone else to restart water heater and furnace pilot!!
