I am one of the 4 ladies that work here under our jeweler & I was reading some reviews and seen some information that may no longer be true so I just wanted to put a little update in the reviews!-we do not have an ‘in house’ jeweler but we DO still have one, he just take the jobs with him to his other store (zebonè) in Indy.-our jeweler USED to come on Friday’s (as you seen in another review) but he is now there on Wednesdays from around 2pm until he finishes all his duties down here, usually 2-3 or 3:30 just depends on his responsibilities/meetings that day.-our very professional & quality repairs have a 2-3 week turn around (making us one of the fastest jewelers in our area!)-we just recently remodeled & added new, trendy jewelry to our showcases!-we also offer a not to strict layaway program, it’s just 30% down then as long as you’re showing us you’re at least trying to pay every week, every two-three weeks or once a month we’ll hold it until you pay it off! We also try to work with people, like if you can’t make your payment this month or your payment is gonna be a little late or you need to switch from paying every week to paying every two weeks or a month or whatever, as long as you talk to us & your honest! However, after 3 or more missed payments we will call you and let you know we have to put it back in the showcase & will refund your money the next time you come in!- & I can guarantee that we have the BEST/LOWEST prices in our area!Don’t see something in our showcases that catches your eye?
