Ordered a refridgerator to replace the one I bought that only lasted 3 months before a repair that lasted 6 months.
Delivery day and they were a no call no show, you'd think if they missed on Friday I would be priority for the next day but no, rescheduled for 8 days later. I have never had a good experience buying appliances here, this last time I bought one of those very small fridges and took it with me , something just told me I would need it.
Your delivery end of the business is a failure, I've worked in trucking and delivery for 40 years, I would fire entire departments for items not making the truck and then showing out for delivery, and not being priority for the next day after a delivery failure is just not acceptable, I have lost more in lost income than what that refrigerator cost, I'd just assume get a refund and take my business to Best Buy
Not blaming the store for the delivery failure, the young lady who ordered this refrigerator for me was great, if only their warehouse and delivery could hire 200 people like her or atleast hire someone who understands shipping and receiving 101.
Don't buy appliances from this company EVER !

Second delivery attempt FAILURE
Reason- they claim my address did not show on their GPS so they just canceled my delivery.
I've worked in transportation for 40 years plus and that piss poor excuse is not acceptable, the address shows up on both my GPS units, it shows up on Google maps and on the waze app, you had my phone number you can simply call the customer once you are in the area , I am now out close to $1400 in lost wages for a $700 , refridgerator, why would I reschedule yet a third delivery if you can't figure out your GPS this week ? Will you suddenly figure it out next week ? I needed this fridge for the upcoming holiday but you managed to screw that up too.
DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM LOWES !!!
Maybe I should start a organizing event with the Teamsters Union at your distribution center. You obviously need a better caliber employee and we have a training and education program.

Very helpful staff. Every time I'm in there I'm always able to find help when ever I need it.
The service department is always on top of my orders. And what few problems ive had were resolved very quickly always in my favor. I love shopping at the Bedford Lowes.

I stopped in today to make an account payment. I ended up in the lumber section as I usually am. I would like to take this time to say that Mr. Kale England is doing a fantastic job. He is a polite young man who is very knowledgeable about all types/cuts of wood. He is a hard worker who I never see slack.

Stores just on the small side with small selections. It's almost like a mini Lowe's. But staff are friendly and try to help.

There guy for stocking there nuts an bolts needs to adjust his attitude an judgemental comments,
Just because I had help from young female worker doesn't mean I asked her based on looks, no infact it's very hard to find any employees at any time to get help an I seem one walking by an waved them down.
An ask can I get some help.
Plus I was given attitude on a couple other times I asked for help.

I Visited the Bedford, Indiana Lowe's to purchase a garden tiller.
The young man in the outdoor power tool department was very helpful in finding the item I was looking for. He insisted on loading it in my car for me. He made a point of thanking me for visiting the store. Retailers need more employees like this man.
