“I've always shopped at this location. Everyone is always in a good mood. So helpful. They're full of positive energy. Our family has worked with Christie for years. She is great at her job. I highly recommend both of the Verizon Stores in Bedford.”

“The staff was very informative about the financial agreement I was getting into. Made it incredibly clear that I was financing a phone over the span of 24 months. They do not have contracts ! My associate was Lawson, he was very respectful! Don't understand the negative reviews, they made it very clear to me what I was gonna pay and how long I'd have to return my phone if I didn't like the service.”

“Jayci at att&t was wonderful! Kind helpful professional. This stupid automated survey...I clicked the wrong option in error. #1 when it should have been a #5. There was no way to make the corrections thats why I perfer to deal with a human professional like jayci at the actual Att & t store.”

“I've had this service for almost a month now and I haven't yet had something to complain about my service. John, the manager, is awesome and more helpful and doesn't bullshit you into anything. Unlike T Mobile 🙄. I'm so elated with my flip phone and my service is fantastic.”
