If you want a place that will shake you down over a few bucks and send you to collections—even though you never used the facility but maybe once and yet paid for multiple months, then this is the place for you. It’s not right to try to shake people down over a few bucks when they wasn’t using your facility….the person doesn’t want you knowing their real name btw. The point is, your Bedford business is shaking down poor folks over a few bucks and sending them to collections to further ruin their credit. This is ridiculous.

Went in to cancel my daughters membership today. The $20 fee came out 4 days ago and they said “sorry, you’ll be charged 1 more month because it takes 30 DAYS to process “ yet, when I signed up THAT was processed immediately and funds were immediately removed!? Poor business and customer service… won’t go back and definitely won’t recommend to friends or family! Just not the same with the new owners

Been a member for about five months and will have to say that I have never waited for a piece of equipment, the area is always clean, the staff is friendly, it is cool in temperature with lots of air flow, and I really appreciate the 24 hour access. The price is really good if you commit for a year, too. Can’t go wrong here.

Very friendly and helpful. Always super professional and eager to help. Rarely too crowded and they have nice, newer equipment, while leaving plenty of open space for jazzer-cise.

If your bank account doesn't have the funds for the monthly subscription even for a day, they will double charge the next time they try to process! They shield behind it being the fault of the credit card company they associate with, but I don't believe that for a second. How is this not illegal? Their contract is incredibly shady.

I absolutely LOVE PFit!! They have added a lot more equipment! I do wish they would update all of the equipment but, it all still works! It's a very clean area, open 24/7, and only $20/month with no contract.

Great gym. Clean. I’m new to the area and was happy to find a small gym to help keep me on track.

After not working out for awhile because of being busy with college, work, etc I go to the gym one day hoping to start getting on track again. Come to find out there’s no longer a keypad, and I have no way to get in because it’s not staff hours. A guy came out so I asked him, and apparently there are new owners and you needed your email to get in. I thought it was rude that there was no communication to let the previous users know about the change. Especially considering they have our emails and numbers. Just poor communication.

I would find a real gym or a real fitness center, some of the people in there are hateful and the owners could care less, we keep to ourselves and it didn’t matter with this rude and hateful people in this place. Really bad personality’s in there and keeping to yourself won’t matter.

Extremely unpleasant service. I got a membership there around 2 years ago maybe a little more or less. I went for a month and then stoped going. I knew I couldn't cancel because I signed a year contract, which was no big deal. Fast forward 9 months. I forgot about my membership and unfortunately had my debit card stolen. I got a call from them and they said they ran my subscription and it came up lost/stolen. I said yes - and started to explain before I could the I was cut off and they demanded my new card number, with a lot of attitude. I don't remember the entire conversation but It was extremely rude. I gave them my new card number and hung up. I was trying to get my stolen money back, as well as deal with all of my bills and get my life back together. A 2 minute conversation would have cleared up the whole thing. The individual could not be bothered nor cared what I had to say. Fast forward to now. I noticed that it was still coming out. So I called and asked if I could cancel. I was met with a sarcastic voice asking if I had not read my contract where "it was BOTH CIRCLED AND UNDERLINED THAT SPECIFICALLY SAYS YOU MUST HAVE A WRITTEN NOTICE" A simple, I'm sorry sir it's company policy would have sufficed. My membership was over 2 years ago. I'm sorry I forgot what the contract said. So I went in person and canceled my gym membership, during a global pandemic. The company apparently has never heard of the internet. They force you to go in, so that you will forget and they can continue to charge you. Unethical. TL:DR rude customer service. Contracts designed to force customers to continue to pay. I recommend others to go somewhere else where the workers are more pleasant. On a side note. When I went in to cancel my membership the lady behind the counter was very helpful and nice.
