My fiance and I have been looking for him a pair of western/cowboy boots for him and our kids, and we found some in the right sizes here. That wasn't the issue. My problem was/is that we did not get a receipt when we checked out. We were in the area for an event and decided to stop in this store to see what we could find. We live about an hour away from this store. After we got home we took the boots we had purchased into the house, and looked for the receipt with no luck. I checked my bank account to see how much we spent (I was dealing with kids while my fiance checked out.) There were 4 people at the checkout counter, one of which started bagging the boxes up before they were even scanned. With doing the math, we were charged for an extra pair of shoes. When I called the following day to ask them about it, I was told I'd have to drive back to that store to get it fixed. I called my local store (less than 5 minutes from my house) and they told me the same thing. I even called the corporate office who also said I'd have to make the hour drive to THAT store. The fact I have to drive an hour for something that was not any fault of our own to get a refund for shoes we did not even get (we bought 5 pairs of boots, charged for 6, the guy who rang us up and I spoke to on Sunday when i called said that was the case.) At this point, I plan on returning all the boots we purchased as well as getting the refund for the extra ones we were charged for but didn't get. I should not have to drive an hour for their mistake, period! Will not be doing business with them again!

I came in to get a pair of shoes and I got the best customer service lady and her name was selena. She is very lovely and kind. If you shop here find her she’s the best!

Not that they care, but the Bedford, Indiana location just lost out on a $200 purchase for myself and my children. You don't speak to someone child. If there is a problem or something that needs addressed, say to the parent that was less than 10 ft away. I understand Covid is terrifying for some people, but if we can't touch anything how are we suppose to shop. Thank gosh Shoe Sensation is only a couple blocks away.
