Loved the girls working. They were fun to chat with. Carol did my hair! She was very sweet! She cared about how I felt and what I wanted. Every step of the process, she valued my opinion. I really enjoy her work and will definitely be returning. 😊

Carol is amazing, she was able to fix the previous hair stylists mistakes, of which there were alot. Im very happy shes back at Smartstyle again. Shes what i consider old school. She listens and talks nice to have a decent conversation again there.

Carol was an absolute delight! Completely down to earth and took the time and care to make sure I liked my hair! Please, please, please give Carol a chance because she’s definitely an improvement over previous staff at this location!
