Very pleased with this facility. I have a close relative here that I see on a daily basis and I've noticed ALL the employees are so cheerful and nice! There are activities all the time, plus live music on Fridays. Lots of snacks, and the food is home cooked meals! Nice place this is!! A+++++

My great grandpa was at Stonebridge in 2008. There are many staff that are now my coworkers that had a hand in providing dignity and care for him during his last days.

We are so fortunate to have found this facility for our brother.
He loves being there, they keep him active and he is thriving.
He will be a long term resident and they treat him like family.
