“Exceptional professionalism. Excellent communication, prompt service, extremely honest. My vehicle broke down while I was traveling through Bedford from out of town and they did everything possible to resolve it quickly even though I am not a regular customer. Very impressed—Andy is great!”
“Been there a few times. Great place to have your tire needs taken care of. Fast, friendly, hard working employee's, supervisor/owner should be proud of them & give them all a raise..... Can't say the same about the alignment place next to them, one of the workers drove my car to see what my car was doing, on the way back to she shop, he ran over a tire, on the rim that was in the middle of the lot, scuffed up bottom of bumper pretty good, no apologies, no offer to have it fixed, then charged me full price for alignment, threatened to call cops if I didn't pay, I should've taken them to court, figured I'd just chalk it up as a loss. Unless they have a better worker, stay away from there”

“I would highly recommend this location to friends and family.
Other stores should take note and use them as a example of how to conduct business.
Very friendly , fast and professional.
Thank you!”
