The in-store agent, Jeff, went above and beyond to make sure I got my package. He called me when the driver, Josh, arrived at the store with my delivery. Josh waited for me to get there since leaving my package was against protocol. They both deserve either a raise or a substantial bonus

I highly recommend the UPS store!! The clerk was so patient and helpful. He was friendly and composed even with a line 5 or 6 deep. He treated me like I was the most important person in the store. Great job UPS Store!!
