Got a package from Hong Kong today which I paid $96.16 worth of rare Gundam model kits from eBay, delivery driver literally touchdown slammed it onto the ground like a football after being startled by my dog and proceeded to punch and kick the mail truck after slamming my package against the ground luckily only the box was creased because it was packaged inside styrofoam box. I have the camera footage.

I haven’t been delivered mail to my address in almost 3 weeks due to something I cannot control, weather. They refuse to give proper notification of when and where I could get my mail, they refuse to simply step out of the mail truck drop the mail off and be on their merry way. Lazy, incompetent, ridiculous excuse of a postal service. I’ve waited a month on one package and almost 2 weeks on another for my job, I understand why your shipping rates are drastically lower then others. You get what you pay for and it is shit service.

Just your average post office. While the government is awful on just about everything it touches, the BPO is fairly quick and competent.

I have Informed Delivery so I always know what mail should be coming at any given day. There have been quite a few instances within the several years where I haven't received my mail at all or I will receive some mail but not everything and then the missing mail never shows up and I'm not the only one that this keeps happening to. Not sure what the heck is going on but this is unacceptable.

Avoid this post office, they do not scan items in, they have lost packages several times, no organization. If you must use the postal service drive somewhere other than Bedford, even better use UPS

Couldn't tell you how many packages I've had delivered late because of this local post office. Tracking will show my packages arriving at the Bedford post office then randomly being sent back in the opposite direction or the latest, sent off to another city in Indiana, and tracking says I have a "forwarding agreement" in place. Don't think so. Sounds like them covering their behind for yet another mistake. And no the labels aren't damaged or blurred or anything like that. Talk about pure ignorance, laziness and waste. Great that they can charge what they do for postage/shipping and deliver as late as they feel like with next to zero accountability.

I finally have a decent mailman but not perfect. He likes smashing bigger deliveries into my compact mailbox vs using the bigger lock box on the side. The ladies at the office can be rude and short. Definitely not the friendliest mail people I’ve ever dealt with.

Out of all the cities I have lived in the USA this post office is by far the worst! I have been driving 30 miles north to a different town to mail packages because for some reason this location breaks everything they touch or they simply lose mail! I have reached out many many times just to get rude and unprofessional emails in response from the manager.

USPS personal might be the laziest people I’ve ever delt with. They consistently place my packages out in my driveway by my garage when all they have to do is walk twenty more feet and place it by my front door. I’m handicapped and have to ask my neighbor to get my packages. It’s ridiculous and terrible customer service. I wish there was someone to talk to to try and resolve situation, but I’m sure I’d get the run around. So very sad. My grandfather was a postal carrier and he would mortified at the terrible customer service.
