“My wife just purchased a RAZ vape from here and accidentally purchased a disposable and not a juice version as she was confused and didnt completely understand the difference. She asked the owner if they did refunds and they dont. She was walking away and he was very apologetic about the situation even though it wasnt his fault. My wife said she wasnt mad and would just use the disposable. I appreciate the owner for his kindness and empathy he showed when a customer wasn't 100% happy with a purchase. I honestly wish more owners and clerks were more like this guy. We will continue to shop here.”
