I had gotten white french tip and within 2 days the gel used turned yellow on nails.
The gel polish came off within a day from toenails
I spent too much for services for this to happen and just removed nails because it looked disgusting
I am not one to complain but it was ridiculous

So I went to get my nail fixed, cause my nail was popping off instead of doing the proper way of fixing it They glue the nail down which that didn’t work cause My nails still popped up so I had to put freaking glue to make it stand cause they failed to do that the proper way makes me think twice about coming back. I’m a regular customer. They shouldn’t be allowed to just put glue thinking it was just gonna solve this issue

Cut my big toenail down to far went in for a Pedi..simple French tip design she redid 3 times I jot 2 hearts an a letter J....French tip too thick I won't be back charged 70

AWFUL Tech !!! snipped my skin didn’t apologize or nothing ! also charges were ridiculous! color change (NOT FULL PEDICURE) was $40 ! and i questioned how much was a full pedicure &was rudely told $65 . i will never come back to this ChopShop

DO NOT GO HERE!!! the first time I got my nails done there, the brother of the owner did my nails and when he was drilling my nail- I felt terrible pain. More than once. Within 2 1/2 weeks of having them-- 3 entire nails just POPPED completely off. They did not break-- but POPPED IFF like press on nails. So I went back and asked for a manager- he just kept asking what I need- and I insisted on a MANAGER! A lady popped up from behind the counter stating she was the owner. I explained the situation and she blamed it on me for waiting 'too long' to come in for a fill in. I've had my nails done enough places and plenty of times-- and yes- I've broken nails, but never ever had not only 1 but 3 just pop completely off. After she promised me a discount and then didn't give it to me- she ( when using the drill) had drilled completely thru my own fingernail to the flesh halfway down my nail. Now I went a new place to get a new set of nails and they found the issue in more than 1 of my nails and will not put any acrylics until my drilled try nail is grown out. Several of the staff referred to it as the 'ring of fire' ... which professional nail techs should be completely aware of, and avoid because not only does it hurt, now my finger can get infected! This place is ridiculous. Oohhhhh and I forgot to mention that even when the owner redid my nails-- I had 2 nails randomly just ooo off. DO NOT EVER GO THERE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE HEALTHY NAILS AND HANDS.

i got my nails done here and i got a pedicure which was great but my nails look horrible and the second i got in the shower all my paint on my nails starts to chip off. would not reccoment

Came here not even a week ago and I have 2 nails that have already came off. I’m very disappointed I paid and tipped very well. I was also told they could do a design before I paid and then after said it was to hard. I would have respected the honesty before I got my nails done because I wouldn’t have gotten them done but to pay over 200 and my nails not even last a week I’m very frustrated

Won’t be back got there at 10:25 for mani pedi I was out the door at 11:10 Megan did my pedicure honestly 20 minutes max cut my toe made it bleed nail tech did awful on my manicure worse service ever then charged me 95.00 I had regular polish on toes and gel on nails and when I ask if kiet was still there he seem to get mad and say he left and started own businessServices: Pedicure

GONT GO !!!!!!Honestly I won't be going again First off the Man was rude to me all because I told him it was Lint in one of my acrylic nails and if you put the clear polish over it you will see it !!!! he ...So you can tell he was mad so he goes To reach for my hand to get the Lent out and he jerked my arm inside the nail cubby AND HE grabbed. Y keys and said UP OUT !!...!!! By then I was done !! So I had the older Lady do it Because it was my BIRTHDAY and I wasn't going to let nobody ruin my day ....SO I SAID LETS TRY AGAIN !#SHE DID MY NAILS FAST AND CUTE REAL SHORT THICK how I like it so.... I THOUGHT ?. Its now day 7 and let's say my nails started popping off Like press on nails ! ..also my Pedi was gel polish and one is Peeling I NEVER had a problem with my Gel Pedi UNTIL I came here !!#DONT GO THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND OVERPRICED !!!Services: Nail extensions
