Best post office on the south side. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful and there usually isn’t ever a line when I go in. If there is a long line, they get through pretty quickly and still maintain their friendly dispositions which is nice. Any other post office on the south side is guaranteed to have a mile long line and grumpy staff. Stick with the BG post office!

Tika took the time to greet me "hi how are you today" while I was still waiting in line. This postal service experience was fabulous. We drove the extra half hour to mail a letter certified, knowing we an trust them to process it correctly. Tika was very helpful to get us all through the line before closing at 530p. In and out in 5 minutes waiting in line to get a letter certified and purchase stamps.

The building is kinda small as I saw a longine with people holding the door as there is no enough space for the line. The only reason I would give 5 stars is because of the staff. They are so nice and friendly and even worth waiting the line to deal with people with good customer service.

This office was very quick in helping me get my medication after what I presume was some sort of shipping error resulting in damage to the label, making my address illegible. Regardless of whose fault it was, I appreciate this post office for getting my meds back to me as quick as possible and the consistent follow up to own the issue.

I go to the beech grove post office 3-5 times a week and have for years. They are great. Always so nice. Even to people who aren’t reasonable. They have never lost a single package of mine. It is not the closest post office to me but it’s so much better than my local one it’s worth the trip. I honestly can’t say enough good things about them.

On days they have an adventure on main Street, can you guys put a tow truck in the parking lot. I almost shot and killed someone for taking the handicapped parking but then another old lady who needed it parked right on the ramp. Please fix this while your hour's are running. Thank You Chris.

They lost the first birthday present from my mom in 3 years(she lives 2000 miles away, I live in California, she lives in indiana) mislabled it, used my tracking # for a completely different package that was delivered in indiana. This package had my grandmother's 14k gold earrings in it. Family heirlooms lost because of their carelessness. Use FedEx or UPS, the United States Postal Service has literally lost me heirlooms that have been in my family for 150 years.
