Does anyone know who to get hold of for a refund? The bay doors were open on the automatic car wash. It took my money, but did not work. The phone number is disconnected. There's no contact info to get a hold of someone to report that things are not working.

Paid for car wash this morning. The green light came on to pull forward. The red light never came on and the wash didn't start. Pulled thru and back to payment kiosk and it said the wash was inuse. Tried pulling in again and still nothing. The phone provided on the web site gives a busy signal. How do i contact them during business hours?.

Went through 2 times now. It takes my money and doesn’t wash the truck. Does anybody have a contact to at least let them know it doesn’t work.
