“These folks really do know what they are doing.
We came in with a broken base attachment tab. Most folks do not know what that is but the Line-X folks did. Although they did not have them in stock they offered to order the parts for us. When they learned we were just traveling thru the area they got on the phone and made several calls llocating the part in a nearby town.
They were friendly, empathetic to our situation and extremely helpful.
