I was initially frustrated with them not answering the phone, BUT I saw why today. These guys work! They showed up on time and absolutely busted their butts digging up my VERY old septic. After seeing how much digging they had to do BY HAND, I was shocked that the charge wasn't more. Honestly, I wouldn't have dug and refilled that hole by hand for the amount they charged. Super nice guys too. Shoot them a text and they'll get you taken care of.

Called and had them come to pump septic. I chose to have them locate and dig for the additional fee since I hadn't had it pumped here before and wasn't sure where it was. Came and didn't look longer than 5 minutes and said their hose wasn't long enough and they'd be back in the next day or 2. Day two I call many times and finally get the answer. Said they were slammed so If I found it and dug it up they'd be back the next day. I found it, dug it up same day. I let them know and they said someone would be here. Next day comes, nobody shows up or answers the phone. It was terrible service that put me almost 2 weeks back actually getting the work done because I wasted a week waiting on them. Then had to wait for the next company to be able to come. When the next company came, it was unbelievable how quick and efficient they were. It was clear to me Kirby's just didn't want to do the job! Very unprofessional way to run a business. Forgot to add, I had to pay nearly 100 more for a service to come from out of county because I couldn't get this one to come do their job!
