I've now had beef and pork processed here. Top knotch service from unloading, to skilled, knowledgeable butchering, to the impressive packaging. They were also able to age my beef for my requested 30 days!I've probably been to 15 or 20 butcher shops and this is hands down, number one!

Very nice and helpful staff, local business , the first but not last time we have been here, so much to choose from, we are trying the garlic butter brats and mushroom and Swiss brats, next time in we will get something different, the steaks look amazing here, can't wait to buy and try them
