“REPLY TO CVS: The only reason I left a four and not a 5 is because my prior experience with the local CVS' was absolutely awful and it lasted for a couple of years. But I have to say, you have changed something because the Bloomfield Pharmacy has done a 180 degree turn. The pharmacist is one of the best I have had anywhere. He actually listens and knows what my situation is and is able to solve problems as they arise. His support staff has also been great and they are extremely prompt at returning calls. I don't think I have waited more than 15 minutes for a call back. So I think the previous issues got the right attention and you all worked on solving them.”
