I accidently hit the 5 star but did not mean to. We were treated like it was an imposition to work with us. Stewart was condescending and not friendly at all. We were standing on our feet for over an hour instead of at a desk where we could easily work with him. Yes, we got our trip tik. However, we have all ready changed the hotel area due to not being given options of areas except north or south. We had excellent care at the AAA in Clearwater/Palm Harbor, Florida, office. It's a shame that the AAA offices are not linked up nationally.

AAA sent out Bland's wrecker service to give me a new battery who was awesome. Audrey at AAA then mistakenly rerouted the call to Ken's towing in the middle of the call who did not have a battery and were super rude. AAA ended up fixing the issue and working with Bland's to send them back out as part of the original which solved issue. However, Audrey's mistake of rerouting the call in the middle of service never should have happened. It cost me part of the day.All is well that ends well. However, AAA needs to make sure they are not re-routing service calls in the middle of them taking place as it causes inconvenience.

I am not accustomed to writing reviews, whether favorable or unfavorable. However, I feel compelled to provide feedback regarding the travel agency services rendered by AAA in Bloomington. My engagement with this agency involved procuring airline tickets and tour packages for an upcoming trip to Italy, a significant endeavor for my wife and me. Collaborating with one of their travel agents, we secured our Italy-bound flights, and initial discussions were held regarding tour options. Regrettably, my expectations of receiving comprehensive guidance during the tour booking process were not met. Rather than offering substantial assistance, the agent directed me to a website for self-enrollment. Given my limited experience in arranging such complex travel arrangements, I had hoped for more substantial support. While the early stages of the interaction were not problematic, the situation took a downturn when the necessity to alter our return flights arose. To address this matter, I composed an email, as direct communication proved challenging, and included my wife on the correspondence to ensure a unified understanding of the proceedings. I specifically requested that the agent maintain an inclusive message trail to facilitate coherence and awareness of changes impacting both of us. Unfortunately, the agent consistently responded to only one of us, generating confusion as neither of us had access to the complete correspondence. This communication breakdown persisted even when the agent conveyed new flight information, which again failed to reach both parties. Consequently, we were unable to effectuate the desired ticket changes, resulting in an inadvertent financial loss when we eventually sought resolution. The agent did offer an apology, albeit seemingly qualified, expressing regret "if there had been bad communication." Regrettably, this experience has led me to the firm conclusion that I will refrain from utilizing AAA as a travel agency in the future. The deficiencies in communication and subsequent financial implications have eroded my confidence in their services.

Whether we need traffic updates, maps, highway construction information, hotel/motel locations, our local AAA office has always been able to help us. I've been a member since I was 18 years old; 51yrs.

Brittney has been amazing. I came to her after a really bad situation with a different insurance company. She took the time to help me in every way she could to figure that situation out even though she did not have to. Insurance prices are very affordable as well.

This AAA office is good. However, very disappointed with AAA as a whole. They are phasing out their tour books and you can no longer get trip tics. What do you get? Nothing! After this year we will not be renewing our membership.

I have been using Brittany for all our insurance needs and we wouldn't go anywhere else . She is personable, polite and genuinely great person to do business with. I wouldn't go anywhere else for quotes or insurance...if you aren't getting a hold of Brittany for insurance, your probably paying too much...

My husband and I have been AAA members for 18 years. We have visited the Bloomington office for advice, direction and services many times. They are always pleasant, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We particularly appreciate Brittany Couch who handles commercial insurance. She is knowledgeable and is a good listener and problem solver.
