Honestly what a horrible company this is the 2nd time in the last 6 months my insurance has lasped nobody is ever in the office first time I dropped a money order off that was shorty a few dollars nobody decided to call so I drove around no insurance for a month 2nd time was yesterday i was not able to load my debit card so I had to get another money order and guess what nobody in office once I was able to get ahold of someone after being hung up on 5 times the lady was very rude I have been a customer for well over 5 years it has turn out to be a horrible company

During my experience at Acceptance Insurance, I encountered with an absolutely amazing woman. Her name is Brittany Bennett. She was so helpful & encouraging throughout a process I thought would be super stressful and frustrating. It was so easy to talk to her and do what needed to be done. She is very good at what she does & she made me have the best experience possible.
