Terrible customer service.Parts are always around 1-2 hours late.Compared to other parts store there is no communication when parts have arrived or that they have been delayed.Would no recommend.Orileys I will say has never let me down.

Very user friendly crew and they had the stuff I needed in stock...but I did get the last of it. I let them know and they'll add it on next incoming delivery. I'll certainly be there again.

Staff treated me very disrespectfully. They told me I didn't know what my vehicle needed and that the part number that I got from the original part was wrong. I went with what they suggested since they were being so insistent and was then harrased for picking the wrong part when the part number that I had originally come in with was right all along.

Stopped in Saturday to buy a replacement bulb for my car . Told the cashier my type of car and that I needed a bulb for my bright lights . Turns out she had sold me the wrong bulb so I stopped in yesterday after I got off work the cashier acted as if me returning the bulb was a utter inconvenience not only that he was extremely rude the whole time I was in the store.. made the comment to his coworker that I didn’t know what I needed that he had to look it up like it was such a hassle ( when I clearly told the cashier the previous day what I needed I never asked for a halogen bulb but needless to say I took a picture of the headlight so there wouldn’t be anymore confusion before I even went in the store ) was rude during the whole refund process then acted like I had wasted his time when I informed him that I couldn’t buy the correct bulb until the refund cleared on my side . I’m sorry u work in customer service there was no need to have an attitude with me or act like I was a huge inconvience. Next time I’ll go to o Riley or even Walmart before I go back to advance

Probably my #1 go to parts store. I just find their app and in store shopping to both be the most user friendly. Love the layout of the stores and love their selection of parts and tools.

So I called to see if they had my part and they said they did have one in stock but then I drove all the way over there to find out that they couldn't find it even though their computer system said they had one. I guess I should have just stuck with AutoZone like I usually do. So y'all may need to have them actually FIND the part and be LOOKING RIGHT AT IT before driving all the way over there wasting your gas

I needed a battery .got a new one they put it in for me. Even when my warrenty ran out 2 months before that. That didn't even charged me for the new one. Thank God cause I didn't have 220.00 for an new one.
