I cannot urge enough if you get glasses from this place they will either came messed up or they will mess them up their selves. Do not buy from this place. I Had bought 2 pairs and 1 pair came with the henge set wrong making them sit wrong on my face when I went in to get the replaced they fought and argued with me telling me I was wrong then agreed with me and agreed to get the frame traded out, I went to pick them up and by that time my other pair had the screws on the henges come loose and I asked the person if they would tighten them and they fixed one side and then stripped out the other side. I then asked what they could do to fix it and they offered to take the lenses and put them into the display pair. And said it would be no problem. She went to have it done and then her manager came and told me that I would have to pay for the frame itself. Another 70 dollars to fix them when I could just get 2 new pairs for 80. The first receptionist was very nice and tried to be helpful but the other lady(apparently the manager) was extremely rude and unhelpful. Felt as if I was an annoyance to them for just trying to have a proper pair of glasses. This was not the first time that I had to deal with the same rude lady. She was just as rude to my fiancé and I last time I was in. Never had this bad of service from an eye place. However the optometrist was very professional and nice. At least I have a proper prescription in order to get an actual good pair anywhere else but here.

I had the best experience here! Such an amazing deal, under $80 for 2 pairs of glasses and an eye exam!! And the glasses selection is nice?I was out of there in under 30 minutes, everyone was so so nice and helpful. I recommend 100%!!

They were all very helpful and friendly. They got me in and out of there, even though there was a hateful lady mad because they couldn’t give her contacts on an expired prescription. Great job to y’all!

I had a terrible experience at America’s Best in Bloomington Indiana today. I walked into the store 5 minutes before they were going to close, unknowing they were closing at 3pm (early) that day. When I walked in, I wasn’t greeted and instead I was stared at by 6 women with the look of disgust. I had to finally tell the receptionist what I was there for. I just needed to quickly pay and pick up contacts.(it was the soonest I could get there from my job). The receptionist complained aloud a few times to her coworkers and I that she had already logged out of her computer and made it obvious that I was an inconvenience to her and her coworkers. I spent a total of maybe 7 or 8 minutes there. (Would’ve been shorter if the receptionist wouldn’t have already logged out of her computer). The looks of annoyance were being thrown around from coworker to coworker as I was waiting on her to pull up my account. They locked me inside of the store, along with two other customers who walked in shortly after I did. I guess they locked the door to keep any other customers from coming in? This is very unprofessional. Also, a few women made sarcastic comments about myself and the two others being there. Overall, I was being treated very rudely. I myself began to feel annoyance and didn’t want to speak to the employees. The terrible customer service didn’t end there. I was spoken to with sarcasm while leaving and then laughed at by the other women. I completely understand wanting to leave work on time, but treating paying customers like we are ruining their day can absolutely cause us to not return. I can find America’s Best prices anywhere else, but I’m sure anyone else will top their customer service. I will not be returning and will tell everyone I know about my experience.

As a private pay client, thenew general manager, Tennille, took the time to find a just-right pair of eyeglasses for me considering my high prescription and the fact that I wear behind-the-ear hearing aids. Tennille also took the time to explain the 3-year Eyecare Club and told me my savings with the $10 fee to join versus if I did not join. Very grateful for her attention to detail and friendliness!

They are nice. I worked with several people since my glasses had to get remade at least 5 time due to order not being sent in correctly. I finally got a refund and am looking for somewhere else to go.

I have to say this place is amazing!! I haven't had great service like this in a long time!! Wow. I will be back and I will be recommending anyone I know with glasses!! I truly love this place. Jerry is super amazing as well. He is so pleasant to work with.

Just had my annual exam and ordered new glasses. I was so very pleased to find the best ever Associate Lorenzo was working! Lorenzo assisted me last year and was amazing! I requested him again this year and he not only helped me find the perfect frames but his knowledge of insurance and the changing computer system made my visit most enjoyable! Lorenzo you rock!!!

I bought glasses from AB did not make a good choice. I went back they honored the 30 day return. I was surprised no attitudes just wanted to help. I bought some frames for prescription sunglasses and they filed with my insurance company but then I found a pair I liked better somewhere else. They were happy to return the frames and contact my insurance to reinstate my benefits. SO impressed with them. Already scheduled appointments for my kids eye test. Amazing customer service!!

Went in to order glasses for my son and they said they wouldn't be able to help me because everyone was on lunch even though there were people clearly working. I ask if I could just back later and they said it would be best to come back on a Thursday or Friday. So I come back on a Friday later in the evening. And once again I am told they had nobody there that could help me order glasses and to come back another day. I asked if I could make an appointment and they not for glasses but I could for eye exams. I have went here for yrs and never ran across the staff being so rude.
