About Arlington Heights Veterinary Hospital - North
Arlington Heights Veterinary Hospital - North is a well-established veterinary clinic that has been serving the community since 1969. The hospital has recently reopened at its original location on Arlington Road, and the team is working hard to bring back a full staff to both their north and south locations.
Despite sometimes having a long wait time due to only having one person at the front desk, the staff is described as very kind and helpful. A new team member, Cheyenne, was praised for her sweet and calm demeanor, as well as her ability to address all of a first-time dog owner's concerns.
Clients visiting from out of town have also had positive experiences, finding the staff delightful and caring for their pets. One reviewer was especially grateful for the clinic's accommodating approach to their anxious dog, with the vet tech advocating for the pet and the vet presenting a "Chill Protocol" that made the visit a success.
Overall, Arlington Heights Veterinary Hospital - North is highly recommended by its clients, who appreciate the dedicated and understanding staff, as well as the clinic's ability to provide excellent care for their beloved pets.

We took our anxious dog to the North location. The staff and vet were great!

This place has always been good to me and my pets. I always try to see Doctor Dale, since he has seen my cats for over 15 years. However all of the staff are lovely, quick to answer questions, and really care about the animals.

13 year old, 5 pound striped barn cat stopped eating. We have used Arlington from when Ken and Bob first opened. It is now the next generation. Finally, cat got the B vitamin shot and some appetite booster. Cat was not dying. . . And recovered appetite over the next 4 days. Good results.
