Super friendly and professional! They made me comfortable with the initial screening so much that I would not even question their suggestions of actual dental work to be completed!

I said perfect, I went all weekend with pain, swollen if, no sleep, no eating to come find out Monday morning I didn’t have N appointment. You guys need to do better. I have heard nothing about how horrible you guys are. I think it’s time for someone to step up.

Very long wait to see a dentist for 5 minutes. I saw the dentist an hour after my scheduled time. He was in the room 5 minutes.

Well where do I start. I got my tops done 8 years ago, not a bit of problem with them. Got my bottoms done 2 years ago.1st tooth loss was due to being in a Tornado. The other 2 just fell out while eating soft food, Plus 2 that were replaced are a different color....Update, they got me in same day. Since my bottoms are under warranty, no charge and they are replacing other 2 teeth too. But I still am not confident that another tooth from bottom won't fall out. I also have a reserve pair of bottoms that they are re fitting for a price. I had credit there, but was never informed of this.i will update and maybe change my score of review, if I am completely satisfied with outcome.

They were no help at all. Everytime you try to call them, their automated phone system hangs up on you. We went in to have my husband's dentures fix after they were damaged after a medical procedure. Which we have a warranty on for 7 years! Instead of even trying to fix them, they made them worse by grinding them down so they do not fit properly in his mouth now. Then they tell us we could pay $1800 for a new upper plate. But that is pretty much all they could do. So I called Greenwood for help which they said they were privately owned so they would see what they could do and apologize for what happened at Bloomington. While getting our information the lady informed me that we still have a $500 bill! Um...What! There is no way I told her we had insurance, paid $3000, and financed the rest that had to be paid before they would even do the work. Clayton was the office manager at the time. They were always trying to change something. Always changing appointment times on us. It took forever to even get his final set of dentures. Always had a new dentist and they were always changing office staff and no one ever knew what is going on. We never got a bill or contacted by anyone and I know we don't we that money. When my husband was in there today he talked to the office manager and she did not state one time that we owed any past due money at all. Poor record keeping and not being able to hold on to employees. It is horrible. I have never seen an dental office or any company ran so poorly in all my days.

FIRST ATTEMPT: I was lied to as a consequence of a clerical error, which now has resulted in me being forced to sit on tooth pain for a month.I gave them a change of phone number which they did not finalize as a consequence of what I can only assume to be clerical laziness, and when I arrived for my appointment after receiving no confirmation call, I was told their anesthesia tech was already leaving. I saw a man in a smock in the background who I could only assume was the oral surgeon, but then a very normal looking man in scrubs came in asking if I was ready AFTER I had already rescheduled - this, I believe, was the nurse who oversaw anesthesia administration. For whatever reason, the clerk at the desk lied to me to get me to reschedule. I don't know why they chose to do that, but they for whatever reason decided that because they didn't call the correct number I gave them, they needed to give me incorrect information. The clerk seemed rather put out and kept trying to pass the blame off onto me despite me clearly telling them when I made the appointment that I had a new phone number, but their unwillingness to outright admit a mistake has now cost me not only job performance, but my quality of life, as well.Please. Be a grown up, be willing to admit when you're wrong, specially if you work in an industry which requires you to deal with people who are going through pain. I could have had my surgery yesterday, but for whatever reason you decided I wasn't allowed and told me my only option was to reschedule when it clearly wasn't.SECOND ATTEMPT: After finally having my oral surgery done, I can safely say that my initial impressions of Aspen were largely incorrect. It's been only a few hours post-surgery, but I'm having minimal discomfort and can already eat food after having three wisdom teeth and a bad molar carved out of my jaw. While Aspen's tendency to push for upcharges is a big issue, they thankfully were totally understanding when I came in requesting the bad molar be taken out with the rest. It was a simple matter of talking with the nurse - a very calm and easy-going man, mind - and through him relaying the information to the office manager. From there, I could easily pay out-of-pocket for the additional tooth being removed. Some numbness in the lower lip and jaw remained post-surgery, but this only lasted a few short hours. The discomfort isn't so great I can't eat cool, very soft foods or drink cool water.Aside from the single mistake which resulted in me living with more discomfort than I needed to (the only reason the review isn't changed to five full stars,) I can't say I have any major complaints about Aspen Dental compared to other people's seemingly Hellish experiences. If anything, reading other peoples' reviews of the place had me heavily catastrophizing and deeply worried I was going to come out of it significantly worse off than when I went in, to the point I was beginning to have a panic attack before leaving.I'm sure there's some degree of truth to these reviews, and I'm more than willing to admit that - yes, no company is perfect - but the worst I had to deal with was a three-week reschedule. A little extra patience is an incredibly small price to pay for potential long term comfort.

I went to the Bloomington Indiana location. And the office manager was horrible. She was rude disrespectful just plain out didn't care. Shy never called in my prescription , she would hang up on me just a terrible person. Dr Woo was horrible also. Just a bad bad place full of horrible people. They try to tell me I didn't have insurance which I did. I have never seen such unprofessional people in a medical place like this. I had a 830 appointment at the end of the day They canceled gave me an 930 instead, then there hour and 45 min. to be treated this way. I wouldn't recommend this place to no one not even my worst enemy.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The office manager was very rude and interrupted my exam questioning my ability to pay for the FREE first exam and then the ability to pay for the reason for my visit. I asked her name and she told me we're done and told me I had to leave. She then pushed the dental tray against the wall and I thought she was going to come at me.Then told me she would call the police when I asked if I could speak with someone. Then I went to the lobby and told my grandma who was with me what happened and the office manager told her she would talk to her but I had to leave. Then she discussed different treatments with my grandma including mixing medications that could give me an adverse reaction. She then told my grandma to go to an emergency clinic since I could afford treatment. I was willing to pay for the cost at ASPEN but I don't need to pay emergency fees for a non emergency situation. They broke their aspen promise and I am highly disappointed.

I had broken a front tooth off my dentures so Googled to see who to go to. It was after hours so I saw that Aspen Dental had an online appointment link. I made the appointment for the next morning, took my dentures in and dropped them off and asked if my husband could pick them up after work for me. The Receptionist said they usually like to let you see if they are done well and look right but I told her that was ok that I'm sure they would be fine. We live in another town but my husband comes home that way and I didn't have to drive back up there. When my husband got home I looked at my dentures and they weren't just ok, they were PERFECT!! What a great job the Lab guy did and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. I actually called to have them tell him how super satisfied I was with them. Also, the girls in the front especially Receptionist/Office Girl were absolutely so sweet and informative. Would definitely recommend Aspen Dental in Bloomington Indiana!
