Alex provided us with excellent customer service & educated us on the use of our new electronics. I’m beyond satisfied with the experience we had. I typically stress upgrading phones because it takes so long & can be confusing. Alex made it an educational fun experience & we love our new phones!

This is the absolute worst service I have ever received. Will not use this store again. The manager at this location was very rude and the sales representative could not even answer simple questions.

Nana that works there is a Rockstar. I was impressed with her helping out my wife then helping me get a new phone and setting up my phone. She noticed issues with our account that we were not aware of and fixed the issues. She is wonderful.

I had a great experience at AT&T in Whitehall Crossing bloomington. The sales person was quick, professional and did what I ask. I switched from an expensive unlimited account to a lower prepaid in 20 minutes. I'm retired and on a fixed income so this really helped. I was able to keep my number no problem. Thank you AT&T

Do not come here for service. They will sign you up for the wrong account and you will spend countless hours on hold with customer service fixing their mistakes. So called professionals don’t have any idea what they’re actually doing.

The last few times I have had to go into AT&T, I have chosen this one on Jacobs Dr. due to the convenience & they have some great employees that have been there for many years and actually know what they're doing instead of just thinking they do. That makes. HUGE difference in getting the best deals and how quickly you get out of there! A huge THANK you to the gentleman who has helped me several times over the years.
I always make an appointment but it seems management is running the place better as an appointment hasn't really been needed

The guy who helped us the first time was great, but today was awful. The guy who was helping us did not even try to make conversation, didn't listen to the questions we had and wasn't even paying attention to the issue we were having with my phone. He seemed distracted with other customers and was overall unhelpful.
