For me, having transportation right now is absolutely essential. My old car seemed to be on it's last legs & headed for the scrap pile, which would have been really bad for me. I tried one last time to get the computer read, hoping for answers. It turned out to be a simple part that an amazing autozone associate helped me replace. Now my car is fixed and I couldn't have done it without the incredible customer service I received tonight. Thank you thank you thank you!

I stopped in to Autozone for new windshield wipers on my Jeep Wrangler. Dillin helped me choose the correct wipers and installed them in a friendly speedy manner. I appreciate the good old fashioned customer assistance. Thank you.

My experience was great and speedy. I went in to buy a new headlight and was out in no time. Chris was very helpful and replaced my headlight for me. He was so professional I’m pretty sure he was the store manager. I will be continuing my business as long as my boy Chris there.

Always been helpful in the past. Went in last week to get a brake line and they sold me a brass compression fitting instead and when I got home I noticed the packaging said NOT for use in automotive brake line systems. I did som research and the are actually illegal to use on brake line. So I'll be returning it and getting the brake line I initially went in to get. I want to fix my problem correctly not temporarily cover it up with another potentially dangerous issue.

Matt did a fantastic job changing my left headlight, which was a very difficult change as it is not an easy to reach spot . My car had previous work done on it and it was apparent that the people who worked on it last unfortunately messed with a lot of the mechanics with the hardware and damaged the wiring which made the job even harder. He was very kind and respectful and finished the job thoroughly even though he explained that Autozone employees aren’t supposed to do these types of complex procedures. I am very thankful to him and his team!

Great customer service! I came in to get new headlights, asked About where I should get them changed, and the employee working offered to change them himself. Lucky he did too, Because apparently I bought the wrong headlights! It was cold and sprinkling so I really appreciated him helping me out, saved me money & time. I think his name was Chris, and he might have been the sales manager. He was wonderful!

Chris thank you for helping me with the codes on my vehicle and going to the extent of researching what the code means, what I need to do, the best thing to try first, and what it is more likely to be due to the circumstances.

You should be proud of yourself young man. Your integrity and respect for others is beyond your years most people decades older than you do not have that kind of respect.
I suggest he be reviewed and eligible for a raise or bonus.
The lady working with him seemed to be very helpful as well when I pulled up she was outside under the hood with a battery tester helping a young couple. The store was picking up and she didn't rush them or make them feel less important to rush in to the crowd. When she walked in she was all smiles and ready to help. She checked on Chris to make sure he was okay.
What a great clean atmosphere and team of individuals!
