We just left BB&W and I will be ordering online from now on. Worst customer service I’ve ever had going to that location. Upon walking in we went welcomed in and we hear 2 employees (male and female) bad mothering their coworkers and talking about the people hiring bad employees. Well….. they are part of those bad employees they were talking about because they were completely fine with standing in front of customers bad mouthing their coworkers. They also never looked up from each other to greet the customers. Then at the register 2 young ladies (cashiers) were talking, whispering, and giggling while checking the customers out.
