Well that's the second time I have drove a hour with the site saying in stock at store, hopped out bed, rushed here and call to be told I needed to walk in...so I did and say yeah I'm here for this product...and he says well had explain to another guy to yesterday that we don't have them so you wasted your time and gas again...I'll stick with Walmart or gamestop I guess cause that's such a joke!!!

Called and got a person on the phone. Just bring in the device and we can take care of it. I go in, only to be told I need an appointment. None available for the next day. My opinion is they suck. No two people agree on what they can and can't do, as well as a timeframe.

Zach and Adam the two “Mangers” who work in Best Buy hoodies were not very helpful. I will not be returning to this Best Buy.

I don't know what it is about this store but every time I go in there to purchase something or try and get assistance with something I am completely ignored. Today went to purchase a TV. Walked around to get assistance as I can't carry it on my own and I couldn't find the one I wanted. I found someone for help, they told me they could not help and sent me another person to call for help, then told me to go wait back by the TVs. I then looked on my phone and noticed the time. 20 minutes later no one came to help me. I am starting to think this store is homophobic or this store is not interested in selling me products. I really hate this because this forces me to go to others stores that I would prefer not to use but at least they want my money unlike Best Buy.

Since there's not one I'm my town, I'm not a Best Buy shopper. I was looking for a specific item-- dash cam--so I glanced around then went straight to the customer service counter where 3 employees stood. A Nice young man showed me my options... which were very limited. He did quick research to find out the unit I liked could be delivered to me in 3 days....or delivered to the store in 5 days. As I left, 3 employees were standing at the exit & pointed out the exit doors. Clean store. Plenty of vacant parking. Not pushy. No up selling.

Their geek squad will lie on official documents. I have proof. A tech at their own store and I both found errors their techs at the place they sent it too. Told me they couldn't find any problems with. So they couldn't help.me before warranty ran out. So don't rely on honest people doing right by customer. Only if ur a plus member and that's a big if. Don't trust their geek squad. Or the store. Hp even says not first time they've heard this before.

We've had good experiences in the Bloomington Best Buy for 8 years. This year the store seems especially well run.
We never owned laptops, and bought two this week. Super impressed with Kyson Barger, who walked us through various options, answered lots of questions, gave us insights. We think we got just the laptops we needed.

Most incompetent staff I have ever experienced. I dropped off my phone with a damaged screen and was recommended to buy more storage on iCloud for a backup in case of factory reset after the repair. I end up spending more on extra storage for backup and my phone finally begins the process. At this point I am allowed to leave and am told it will be repaired in 3-4 hours. I left them 2 modes of contact in case of issues. I come back to my phone not fixed because it was still backing up and no one from Best Buy had attempted to contact me about the issue. Not only did I end up spending extra money because of this incident, but now I have to keep coming back to easily the worst Best Buy in the world for the repair and compensation. If I were you, I would make the drive to Indianapolis and not bother here.

Disappointed! Once again. I had an appointment scheduled by Apple Support for an iphone issue (Best Buy is Apple certified). First, I showed up, and I wasn't even on their schedule!!! Second-I was there for 30 seconds before the employee at the desk told me they "don't do that here." They're Apple certified, but can not replace a phone that's under warrantee by Apple. They aren't "certified" for replacements?! So now I need to go to Indianapolis- Keystone at the Crossing, to be exact!!!
