The Biddle Hotel & Conference Center is a cozy boutique hotel located in an ideal spot for families visiting Indiana University. While the rooms are generally clean and comfortable, the hotel's amenities and service quality can be hit-or-miss. The rooms are described as small but serviceable, with dated furnishings and some issues like broken thermostats and showers that can be tricky to operate. Housekeeping is available upon request, but reviewers note that their cleaning requests were sometimes ignored. The hotel also lacks in-room amenities like water bottles, though there are water stations available on campus. On the positive side, the hotel's location near the university is excellent for those attending IU events. Reviewers also praise the friendly and diligent efforts of the front desk staff, especially when dealing with the hotel's sole, sometimes unreliable, elevator. Overall, the Biddle Hotel can be a decent, budget-friendly option for visiting IU, but guests should be prepared for some quirks and potential service lapses during their stay.
Cute boutique hotel with comfortable rooms, perfect location for IU families. Housekeeping is available based on request. No beverages (water bottles) are provided in the hotel room. Suggest taking refillable water bottles as multiple water stations are available in the union and throughout the campus.

Overall the rooms are clean and comfortable. We were disappointed however in our stay. We requested housekeeping which was not provided. Also the Furnishings in the rooms are quite dated and some of the rooms are very small. There are better options for hotels in Bloomington

Great hotel and venue. Very comfortable rooms. The young lady was solo at the front desk and we give her credit for a very friendly and diligent effort.
