The Biddle Hotel & Conference Center is a cozy boutique hotel located in an ideal spot for families visiting Indiana University. While the rooms are generally clean and comfortable, the hotel's amenities and service quality can be hit-or-miss. The rooms are described as small but serviceable, with dated furnishings and some issues like broken thermostats and showers that can be tricky to operate. Housekeeping is available upon request, but reviewers note that their cleaning requests were sometimes ignored. The hotel also lacks in-room amenities like water bottles, though there are water stations available on campus. On the positive side, the hotel's location near the university is excellent for those attending IU events. Reviewers also praise the friendly and diligent efforts of the front desk staff, especially when dealing with the hotel's sole, sometimes unreliable, elevator. Overall, the Biddle Hotel can be a decent, budget-friendly option for visiting IU, but guests should be prepared for some quirks and potential service lapses during their stay.
EVERYTHING about this place is wonderful. Location on campus is perfect, rooms are clean and beautiful and the staff goes above and beyond for you. Staying here made my daughter's move in less stressful (the move alone was stressful enough)! I would stay here whenever I'm here!

Great location and cute little room right on campus. Easy to walk downtown and around the campus from this location.

Really good on campus place to stay. Friendly (mostly student) staff. Bed is comfortable and room size is good. Good working area. Only “minus” is the bathroom is odd - odd doors and shape. Water pressure great.
