On labor day was told It was switched to Sunday schedule. When I called to ask where Is the bus so ai can catch last bus. The Operator. Was rude and told me they stopped run an hour and 30 minutes ago when I was told the last bus was at 5:10 pm. Really pathetic.

Public transit in Bloomington is very helpful and pretty easy to use. The only downsides are that sometimes the bus is late and I may be missing appointments because of that. The bus drivers also most of the time are incredibly nice. The inside of the transit center is very clean from what I can tell and they have a lot of really good snacks in the vending machine. Also, the people at the front desk in the inside of the Transit center are always really helpful.

It doesn't have enough places to charge your phone and the bathrooms are almost always dirty . They also stop the buses way too early in the day. I do love the price for each bus and the transfer bus as well. Also the bus drivers are very kind, understanding and fairly comfortable. I also typically can get to places much easier.

I was at a level 10 pain on my way to E. creeks Edge Drive to Orthopedic walk in clinic and noticed repeatedly the “younger generation “ having NO RESPECT for older people trying to get off bus. All they cared about was getting past this very short old lady and NOT GIVING ONE IOTA OF RESPECT SO I HAD TO GO OUT BACK WAY WHICH WAS A LITERAL DROP FOR ME. THE POOR DRIVER SHOOK HIS HEAD AT THEM IN DISGUST AS SO DID I. I MADE SURE THEY ALL KNEW, they were pathetic as I sobbed 2 days ago. Hadn’t been on city bus for years as I didn’t feel safe. Now it’s just disrespectful how younger people take “needed seats” up front.

It's been pretty nice lately . There are still a few drivers that are rude but they've gotten rid of the ones that were so rude you wanted to tell them where they could go...but you couldn't because they'd ban you.
