Tried to go there. Google says 10am. Storefront says 11am. Manager calls back almost noon claiming to have just missed us. Go to Walmart and use live chat with website. They are polite and free without unprofessional name calling for expecting proper service and timeliness.

I had initially rated this location higher but now after several years I am sorry I did. The customer service is severely lacking. The worker is in the back all the time and there's only 1 person there to help you. Their products and phone accessories are very overpriced as is their hidden ($25 )setup fees. It's much cheaper to get a phone online buy the accessories online And set up your service online. There's no need for a store. Especially a store that nickles and dimes its loyal customers. I tried to exchange a screen protector after 8 days and the worker, ahmad, refused to let me exchange it citing a 7 day policy. There was no policy posted anywhere not in the store or on the receipt. He sold me a $7 screen protector for $15 and left in the middle of my phone purchase to go home and asked that I come back to finish the purchase. I'll never go there again. So unprofessional. So discourteous. I suggest you do everything online or at another store. It's cheaper and less hassle.

Well ever since Samantha has been fired or quit which ever wave it went. The people that are in there now are horrible! They're never there. They'll have the sign that says open. But yet no one's in there and the door is locked. Then when you call and ask about the hours of operations, they tell you they're there until 7. They don't like what you have to say, then they hang up on you and then proceeded to not answer the phone. That's how they treat their customers. I would advise. To go elsewhere for phone service and anything else

This store is normally very nice to me and everything but after paying in store since i was merging my friends accounts into mine. He said the bill is paid but my phone service is now shut off

The employee was so rude to me and my husband we went in boost Mobile cos we had issues with our phones and he said oh well and than said if we wanted replacement we have to give him 200 I told him that's what the insurance is for to help repair them I wouldn't recommend this phone carrier to anyone there liars and rude
