I have been a client of Callaway Insurance for fifteen years and everyone in the office have always been very helpful. If Chris is not in the office, the other staff are always there to answer my questions and concerns. I know I am taken care of here!

I never felt like a priority with my previous insurance providers, but the agents at Callaway Insurance take care of me. I knew from my initial meeting, that this was the agency for me and I was right. They continue to go above and beyond.

Callaway Insurance has provided granger coverage to me for about a year now. I am very happy working with the staff at this agency. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and good at what they do.

I have been a client of Callaway Insurance for over three years. The staff make me feel like a priority and continue to go above and beyond when it comes to my policies. They constantly are checking for new updates and better coverage for their clients.

I really enjoy working with Callaway Insurance. Everyone in the office are down to earth, good people. They are very personable and easy to talk to. If I have a question, they are more than willing to help me. If they don't know the answer, they will find it out right away.

I would be very timid to do any kind of business with Callaway insurance. I started a lawn care service a few years back and Chris was one of my clients. He paid regularly for the first few months, but failed to do so at the end of mowing season. He failed to pay for 7 weeks worth of service. I have contacted him countless times and he always gives me the runaround about how he is struggling and doesn't have the money. This seems pretty shocking that the owner of an insurance company can't come up with the amount due of $270. This was 2 summers ago, and he still fails to respond via email or return my calls. BEWARE of this man! I recommend going to a more established/reputable insurance company!

They have always gone above and beyond for me. My car had been hit while I was away and by the time I got back, Callaway Insurance had already taken care of everything. I truly appreciate them making the process so simple and hassle free.

The staff at Callaway Insurance provide great customer service. They look out for their client's best interest and make sure their policies best suit them. I know I can depend on Callaway for all my insurance needs.
