“Public transit in Bloomington is very helpful and pretty easy to use. The only downsides are that sometimes the bus is late and I may be missing appointments because of that. The bus drivers also most of the time are incredibly nice. The inside of the transit center is very clean from what I can tell and they have a lot of really good snacks in the vending machine. Also, the people at the front desk in the inside of the Transit center are always really helpful.”

“Phenomenal service! Highly recommend these guys. Quick and Efficient. Move in and move out season may cause a customers vehicle to be blocked overnight. This is not the fault of the guys inside. I am standing inside and there's a sign beside the desk that informs customers to park at their own risk. I could see how that would be annoying but these guys have ALWAYS treated me exceptionally well. Thanks guys!”

“Edit: After an additional stop at the location we were able to resolve a billing complication. The staff was accommodating and understanding, but the original billing issue was frustrating.
The car itself was nice, and well maintained. However this has caused a much larger headache than what it is worth.”
