They gave me a great car that was upgraded because they didn’t have any smaller ones and Brandon was fabulous at the Bloomington Indiana location. Highly recommend A+ bus”

“My vehicle was totaled in an accident and I was provided a rental with Enterprise through my insurance. The process was extremely easy with minimal paperwork and the staff were very friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain various add-ons I could purchase to go with their service. There was a brief delay in getting a vehicle due to inventory issues but given the timing it was understandable and they still had me in a rental same-day.The staff were courteous enough to provide reminder calls regarding the date insurance had scheduled the vehicles return, letting me avoid unexpected expenses.My wife was the one to drop off the rental and even though she wasn't involved in picking it up at all the transaction went smoothly and easy for her as well. My deposit was refunded to me electronically the next day. Overall this was a positive experience.”

“Hailey saved my butt! I had rented a car with Avis and due to delays got there 8 minutes past the office close time. The guy working there said the network shutdown at close time and he couldn’t do anything to help me. I needed a car that night to drive to a baby shower and according to google map everything was closed.I drove here since it was around the corner and even though it was 10 minutes past close on a Friday Hailey was sympathetic and immediately got me a rental last minute. I’m so thankful she was there! I hope management reads these review because Hailey went above and beyond.”

“Phenomenal service! Highly recommend these guys. Quick and Efficient. Move in and move out season may cause a customers vehicle to be blocked overnight. This is not the fault of the guys inside. I am standing inside and there's a sign beside the desk that informs customers to park at their own risk. I could see how that would be annoying but these guys have ALWAYS treated me exceptionally well. Thanks guys!”
