They appear to be nice at first, but when it comes to doing the right thing when closing the account they are incredibly unhelpful. The customer service are the absolute worst, they are rude and ignorant. The system doesn't deal well with mistakes.
Don't bank here, go to IU Credit Union instead.

David Puckett is the friendliest dude there is. 10 stars, he will not let you sit in silence while he does his thing he's always gonna talk to you and will relentlessly try and make sure you leave smiling. If Walt Disney made a bank it would be starring David I swear. The rest of the staff very charming too love the bank on the square you guys rule

The transactions through this bank do not go through immediately through the app. It is very frustrating having the transactions go through days later because then I have a negative value in my account. Terrible quality service

I went into Chase TWO YEARS ago to deposit a check and made the grave mistake of mentioning to banker Rob Wellabur I would likely buy a home in the near future. Since then, he has called me every few months trying to get me to finance with him, despite blocking each phone number he calls from. I never expressed interest in financing to begin with. Not sure how long this will go on, but I won’t be surprised when I see a new voicemail from Rob in three months.

I called to change the amount that automatically gets transferred from my checking to my savings on the first of every month. I was expecting it to be some young person who would say “oh you go online and do that...(yawn)...have a good day...” But I spoke to Tabitha and she went above and beyond to look into it for me, tell me EXACTLY what I need to do, and she made sure the changes went through on their end. Thank you Tabitha!

Maritza Bingham has been my person of contact at this branch of Chase and she has ruined my opinion of this company entirely. Not only did she have a demeaning attitude but was UNWILLING to take the steps necessary to resolve a problem I have been dealing with for more than six weeks. I have been a customer of Chase since I was 15 years old and because of this horrendous customer service, I am now considering banking elsewhere.

I love Chase bank in Bloomington. I switched to them 18 years ago after using IU Credit for 8 years and they never even knew my name. Yes, having everyone in the bank know my name seems important to me. And chase helped me refinance my house 16 years ago free of charge, fixes overdrafts when they happen, rare as that is for me, even fix a problem I had with ATT a couple of years ago. !
