Every time I go to this location there seems to be some sort of issue. The biggest issue so far being when they deposited my money into somebody else’s account who isn’t linked to me in any way. One or two little issues are excusable, but not when there’s a problem every time I go. Downtown and Southside branches are the ones to go to.

the worst customer service!! u have an employee greeting customers when u walk in and then there’s 4 loan officers i’m guessing.. just trying to deposit ? that’s all. 2 girls working inside help and drive thru at the same time.. wasn’t even busy and struggle to get just few people on their way!! wow!! are we getting to the point of no interaction with humans anymore??? took me over 30 minutes just to deposit my own cash!!!

Enduring an hour's wait only to encounter the agent's detached demeanor is really uncomfortable. It's perplexing why we would choose to hand over our hard-earned money to someone who treats us in such a manner.

Fast and helpful. Basically everything you want from a bank. My only complaint is it's a pain to get to ever since I69 was finished. It's just no longer a convenient location. Not their fault though.

Excellent Customer Service at this bank. Trevor David has been the most helpful person in helping us with our dads Estate. He was always very friendly and gave us helpful recommendations and explained to us in common language of what and why things were needed. We started out with him at the south side location and when we found out he left to take a position on the west side we followed him there I would recommend his service to anyone to needed assistance and wants service with a smile.
