The prices for tobacco products are usually wrong and they don't honor the Inner circle rewards deals literally plastered on the front doors.
On 03-14-25 It said very clearly on the front door that velo+ were $1.99 each when you buy 2, expiring on 05-06-25. The cashier tried to convince me that meant $1.99 off the total, despite having bought velo+ at that price recently (from other locations as well as that exact location).
The zone pouches were priced at $1.99 each as well, but rang up as full price.
So instead I bought 3 tins of On! Which the signage said were $5 off when you buy 3, but of course they were only 4 dollars off.
Why are your prices so wrong, so often?

I apologize in advance as this is going to be a long post. I stopped by this gas station four days ago on my way to run errands because I needed to buy windshield wiper fluid. When I walked into the store there was a woman standing in the middle of the store, speaking very loudly with a few people around her, she was actually hindering the checkout line because of where she was standing and I had to weave my way through people just to get in the store. I went up to the counter and I paid for the windshield wiper fluid. I didn’t bother bringing it in to pay for it. I just went up to the counter and asked them to charge me for the windshield wiper fluid. I proceeded to fill my reservoir and then put the remainder in my trunk. I was there for a few minutes, rearranging some things, and when I walked around to get into my car, there was an SUV parked next to me. That same woman who was speaking loudly in the store was in the SUV with another woman and had the window rolled down and said to me you can just go ahead in and pay those guys behind the counter for that windshield wiper fluid. I said excuse me what are you talking about? I’ve already paid for the windshield wiper fluid. She looked at me and kind of smirked and I said if you don’t believe me, I can show you the transaction. All of my AMEX transactions immediately come up on my phone. I told her as well, you can ask the man behind the counter who just sold it to me. At this point I was pretty irritated because she was basically accusing me of stealing which I had not. A little exasperated, I told her to mind her own business and stay in her own lane. She then just kept trying to talk to me in an argumentative manner, and I not so nicely told her where to go and got my car to leave. As I pulled out and was starting to drive away, this woman got out of her car and started walking towards mine while yelling loudly, screaming really. I stopped and rolled down my window and at that point noticed she’s actually wearing a Circle K shirt. I couldn’t believe this woman worked there and was acting this way. I asked her what her problem was and what she could possibly want now. She told me “Don’t bother ever coming back here. “I responded. What are you talking about? I haven’t done anything wrong and furthermore, who are you to tell me that I can’t come back here? I asked her if she owned the store and she said yes I do I own the store. I giggle to myself because I knew that wasn’t true. I won’t lie I did say some not very nice things to her. However, at this point, I have been accused of stealing and verbally assaulted in a threatening manner and even worse by an employee of the store. As drove away, she continued screaming at me calling me some not so very nice things. I went and ran my errands and gave myself some time to calm down. I stopped by on my way home because I wanted to know the name of this employee and was told her name was Bobbi and she was the manager of the store. I was absolutely floored that the person who was supposed to be running the store, representing it and the brand had acted in such a disgusting manner. It’s not as if I grabbed the product, threw it in my car and sped out. I filled up the reservoir. I rearranged some stuff in my car. I was there for a minute and at any time she could’ve gone in and asked if I had purchased this product. She could’ve even asked me nicely if I had purchased this product, instead she proceeded to act in an unprofessional and threatening manner while wearing a company shirt. I go to this gas station a lot as it is the closest to my home, and I have no intentions of not going back in there as I did nothing wrong. However, I do not want to have to worry every time I go in there that she will cause a scene or become threatening towards me, for all I know she could try to accuse me of stealing again. This whole situation is unacceptable and frustrating.

No matter if it’s thanksgiving night at 2am or there’s a woman with a fork poking out of her hair in line trying to buy smokes, this place is great and the staff are always great

I do not know how you can operate an establishment have restrooms and then have a blocked off with a potato chip display and say there is no public restrooms just because they do not want to clean them guide to register was eating the potato chip and said we don’t have other restrooms those are just for looks. Just find another gas station in town.

Good experiences when I go, the manager Bobbi is always cool to talk to! Sometimes you can tell the staff has had a hard day, but in today’s world it’s hard not too. I’ve literally seen them get cussed out for stupid things they can’t control and everyone expects them to be the happiest little employee puppet! Be real people, we all have bad days and we all know how inpatient people are and how people feel good about complaining!

I arrived here at about 11/11:15pm. They are supposedly open 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. Doors were locked. All the lights on. Waited 15 minutes to see if anyone appeared. They did not. So I went to the Speedway down the street instead.

This place has gone way downhill. Unfriendly staff, just straight up rude, and always out of stock. The lady who I assume is the manager is outside talking on her phone and chain smoking cigarettes every single time I go over there. Even when there is a line backed up into the aisle. They don't staff their store enough and have to close the entire place down if the one person on shift has to go to the bathroom. I won't spend any more money here until something changes. I imagine all of the staff are unfriendly because of poor management.

Julie the store manager wanted card me(which is totally fine, I had no problem with it. I ended up not having my ID and went back in to tell her) but not the white woman in front of me buying the same exact product. Literally watched her hand her the product and told her to have a good day. Then tried to use an excuse when she was caught. And then proceeded to get an attitude when called out on her not doing her job properly. I guess racism is alive and well at this gas station but to be expected.
