βThe staff are literally the epitome of customer service. You get the hippie gimmick of the store but with actual professional salespeople. I wish I got their names but the 2 employees in today were the kindest and most professional folk I’ve met at that mall. 🫡β

βStopped by last week to buy clothes for my middle school boy and had a great experience! I haven’t stepped foot in a Hot Topic in 20 years, but that’s where he wanted to go so we did. We will for sure be back! The teenage employees who helped him find his favorite character shirts were so affirming and enthusiastic. It’s his first time really dressing alternative or even ever having an opinion on his clothes at 11 years old and they helped him out so much! Very happy that we stopped by!β
βA+ customer service. My daughter bought some shoes there with money she had earned, but they had a defect. When we came to return them the manager and another employee were excellent in resolving the issue. She was very disappointed she couldn’t wear the shoes yet, but they managed to get some laughs out of her and ordered a replacement.β

βGreat place. The clearance section was on point. It was clean and organized, and their app saved us a dollar ? Clothing was super cute and I found this sick puffer jacket that matched my outfit perfectly. Sadly, it wasn't in my size.

βThe quality of this store far exceeded my expectations! I usually don't find much at this type of store because they are usually just 90s t-shirts and that's not my thing. Well, they definitely had those if that is your thing, but SO MUCH MORE! There was vinatge clothing for multiple eras. The new clothing looked carefully curated - there were so many adorable pieces (the cutest crop tops which I can't personally pull off but dang, are they cute)! And prices were good too. A lot of stuff in the $20-ish range and upstairs had $5 racks. Employees were super friendly, too. Overall, just very very impressed by this place.β

βA large range of t-shirts, sweatshirts, and golf style apparel. Would like to see more full-zip sweatshirts and dri-fit golf style shirts (the fabric on the ones in stock seem like they would not be moisture-wicking).β
βI rarely find myself writing reviews, but my experience with the incredible team at Alumni Hall left me with no choice. Not only were all the employees SUPER sweet, but the manager, Sam, along with his team, truly went the extra mile to ensure my order came out okay. I am DEFINITELY coming back here!!β
βThe manager is AMAZING. She is kind, intelligent, and so fun. Jacob Leavitt's review is absolute garbage. The review of a sad, lonely, pathetic man who can't navigate his way to find a pillow. Realize that you are only hearing this man's side of the story and he is painting himself in too kind of a light. Shame on him for misrepresenting this beautiful human being. βLOVE this shop so much! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. The shop is full of a very large array of the highest quality children's items from clothes to toys to pacifiers and coloring books and there are even great sales sometimes!! I highly recommend visiting this unique shop!β
