Community Nissan has lied to me several times when they said they rotated tires but did not. Also they overcharged me several hundred dollars for a transmission fluid change. When I called the service manager about it he literally hung up on me. The service department manager is deceptive and outright dishonest. I will take me car to Hubler Nissan in Greenwood rather than deal with the dishonesty at Community Nissan.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE TO BE FIXED OR SERVICED. When we took our 2015 Nissan Rogue here to be evaluated after a check engine light came on they had a long list of things that needed to be done including changing all our break pads and rotors (which they had just done last year!), and telling us we need a new transmission. When we said we weren’t going to get those things changed immediately they conveniently added in that our car is unsafe to drive because our front lower control arms are loose. All the repairs added up to more than $10,000. They told us they could instead buy our car from us for $4,000 leading us to believe our car was totaled. However, because they had so recently changed our break pads and rotors we were skeptical and took our car in to get a second opinion. The mechanics we went to next diagnosed the car for free, checked everything, easily fixed some weird rumbling the car had been making and made sure all was in order. Our car needed nothing more than a simple tuneup and more transmission fluid. Save your time and money, go to Mission Auto Care instead!

I came in because the button to open my hatch quit working. I was quoted for the button plus a handful of maintenance services that I didn't request, for a total of roughly $3000. I was told those prices weren't set in stone and that I could get a discount if I did all the services. I said I only wanted the button fixed. When I went to pay, the total was more than I was quoted. I was then told that they charged a $140 diagnostic fee, which pays the techs for the time they spend figuring out what the issue was. I ended up paying just over $1000 to get a button fixed! I'm disappointed the diagnostic fee wasn't included in the original quote. I'm disappointed I was charged $140 for them to "diagnose" exactly what I told them when I brought my car in. And I'm wondering what happened to the flexibility in the pricing that was explained to me during the quoting process. I'm pleased they fixed my hatch button, but I left feeling like they took me to the cleaners because I refused to pay $3K for a full service package.

Our salesman Matt was very knowledgeable and helped us find the right vehicle for us and was very nice and polite. We have never had as good as an experience with a salesman as we did with Matt. Everyone else was nice as well, Hannah is also a very nice / sweet person.

We had the absolute best experience purchasing our new car. We have used Community Nissan for our Murano since moving to Bloomington. They have always provided exceptional service, so when we decided to explore the new Ariya, we went to Community and met with Matt Cosby. He was extremely friendly and professional and helped us choose the best car for us and educated us on purchase versus lease options.He was able to locate the model and color we wanted. We traded our Murano and were in our new car in just 2 days!!Matt gave us a 1:1 training session and answered all our questions plus went above and beyond to provide his contact phone should we have any questions. He made us feel very comfortable to ask any and all questions!! My husband and I have been in healthcare our whole professional lives. We know how very important customer service is. Matt Cosby is a wonderful example of providing excellent customer service. Matt Moore handled the financial end with our lease signing and was very knowledgeable and professional. Two great Matt’s at Community Nissan!!

I thought I had an air conditioning issue and community nissan was able to diagnose it as an issue with my transfer casing and was able to order the part and replace the axel shaft seal by the next day. All employees were pleasant and courteous.

Just got off the phone with someone in from this location (not service manager) and he was one of the rudest people I have talked to. I had purchased a vehicle from Columbus (great store go there instead) and accidentally called Bloomingtons store- when the person called me back I confirmed with him multiple times that it was “Columbus” and also when he started popping off at me I asked if there were any other Nissans in the area, in case I had called the wrong one. Which I did. Instead of being polite he gave some snarky remark which was essentially “no.”I don’t know if he hasn’t had his coffee or what but the man was vile- I feel bad for whoever crosses his path because he is beyond not helpful.Go to Columbus!

Airen worked hard to find the perfect vehicle that works with my budget. It took a couple of days and a few test drives but she did it.She found me a great car with amazing features and low mileage. Never take your car for repairs. They will try to charge you for all kinds of stuff that your car does not need when they could just fix what you ask them to fix. Im picking my car up and taking it elsewhere. I have had 5 Nissans and currently have 2 but I will never buy a car at this dealership. I can't believe Nissan corporation puts up with this and I hope they get investigated!!

Shawn, the service department representative, was very polite. He got me right in and took care of handling my extended warranty process. He also kept me updated throughout. The technician was familiar with the issue I was having with my car and got me back on the road. I appreciate that and I will definitely look forward to dealing with them again in the future whether it is to service my vehicle or purchase a new one. Thank you!
