Internet consistently goes out for entire days, and internet is also constantly stalling.

ConsulTech is the worst internet service provider I have ever had the misfortune of using. If you are getting a rental that includes ConsulTech internet services do yourself a favor and use any other possible service. They have the worst customer service imaginable, horrible internet speeds and more outages than any other service I have heard of! You would be better off using a carrier pigeon than trying to text over ConsulTech wifi. Please fix this service, it is an embarrassment to ConsulTech, your employees, and everyone else who has been gullible enough to use this horrendous internet. DO NOT USE THIS.

I had an issue with my router and figuring out the wifi password today, and Adam helped me so much! He was on the phone with me for like a whole hour until we solved the problem, showed me things on the computer so clearly and honestly calmed me down too because I was going to miss a meeting with my professor over zoom! Overall he was amazing!

I am very unimpressed with this company. Our wifi went out for two hours, and so I decided to call them. Little did I know, they would REFUSE to answer the phone in a moment of crisis. This is not the only time this year that our subpar wifi has gone out. I strongly suggest you find an ISP somewhere else.

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I just had a great conversation with support over the phone and he went the extra mile. He did research on a device I was attempting to set up port forwarding on. They explained the history of port forwarding and what to expect moving forward. Went out of his way to proved helpful advice and relevant information.I've never left a Google review before but I had a gut feeling I should leave one for this company.

Nothing good to say. Horrible internet service provider, horrible support. Internet would go down regularly and their support was absolutely useless. "High speed" to them meant 5mbps which is just not acceptable in 2021. This was over a wired connection by the way. If there was another provider for my address I would have used them but there was not.

Nothing consistent about this companies internet. Bounces around from top line 60mbps and usually falls every 10 minutes to such a low level I can’t even remain in a zoom meeting for class. Have called customer service 4 times in the last 2 days.... no answer..... no call back. Avoid consul tech apartment complexes at all cost in the future.

Terrible speeds and way too volatile. Also the customer service is atrocious. Not responding to emails and ignoring/not trying to fix the issue at hand. If it were possible to give less than 1 star I would do it in a heartbeat.

I've been having some connection droppings and was about to write a bad review and switch to LTE data, but after contacting the support I was able to get my connection fixed. The support team was nice and helpful.

If I could rate them lower than a 1 star then I would. I can't even do homework at my apartment because the internet connection is so bad. I have no idea how this company hasn't gone out of business yet. I think you could honestly sue them for how terrible of a company they are. I've called multiple times about my issues and when I actually get the rare chance to talk to a person, none of my issues get resolved. Honestly, I would be better off without any internet at all than to have internet through this company. I'm very surprised I kept this review PG.
