I googled beauty hair supply store and this is one of the places that popped up. When I came in, I was greeted but immediately shut down because I wasnt a licensed cosmetologist. Although I NOW understand that this place is ONLY for licensed cosmetologist , the lady didn’t have to be rude. She said “you arent welcomed here if you dont have your license. you can go somewhere else like Sally’s” and she had the biggest attitude for no reason. Please do better about advertising that this isn’t a place for everyone and do better about the employees being respectful. I am someone who is working on getting my license but I won’t be coming back here or recommending anyone to come here due to lack of respect. I work in the service industry as of right now and I’ve had my fair share of rude people so I refuse to be one of them. The response and tone was simply unprofessional and unnecessary.

Kathleen was really helpful, it was my first time in and thought I forgot my school ID. She was going to offer to speak to the school which I thought was nice. But I checked my bag and did have contract, so crisis was averted.
The store was spotless and it sold the Joico hair color (which right now is probably my favorite). Can't wait to get out in the field and give them more of my business. I had an excellent first time in there.
