“Greetings to all – jolly Dave here – just a note of gratitude, happiness, and joy to share – I was in a pickle yesterday – I went to my ‘old’ bank for a very important wire transfer towards the purchase of a house – for untimely reasons that were not their fault, they didn’t have staff to help with this very important wire transfer – the following day(today) was/is a holiday – and I’m supposed to close tomorrow morning at 9:00 AM – yikes! So… I went across the street to the IUCU Winslow branch – to my delight, a nice lady, Jessica Baxter took great care of me – had a smile on her face the whole way, even though my information was old and had to be updated (whoops) she treated me like I was important and that she cared and most importantly, got the wire transfer done and sent off before closing – good job Jessica! Thank you very much – this is her card, I highly recommend her and this facility for banking needs, and I will definitely be back”
“I made a mistake on my withdraw amount, I wrote down the number in bills i wanted . How ever it was not the same in the bills, it was my fault because I told them how I wanted it in bills. When I got home I realized my mistake and called customer service and what happen and the branch: while I was on the phone with customer service the branch called and had caught my mistake. Thanks your tellers are so great to me, this is not the first time I have done this, but our great tellers always find my mistakes. Thank you”
